Thank you for shopping at MINTOPIC. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
2. Eligibility for Returns
You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund, provided that the items are unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items, such as personalized or custom-made products, are not eligible for return.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the status of your refund. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
5. How to Return Items
To return an item, please email us at info@mintopic.click or call (931)326-5516 to request a return authorization. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is defective.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a return and either a refund or replacement.
7. Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item, please follow the same process as for returns, and we will assist you in exchanging it for an alternative product.
